Once a digital product has been purchased and the order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot stop or alter the delivery once it has been processed and delivered (via email, download link, or other means).
As a policy, we do not provide refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we may offer refunds under the following circumstances:
